How Does Artificial Grass React To Snow?

As snow continues to fall throughout the UK, many are asking how best they can maintain their artificial grass lawns through these frosty conditions. Whilst artificial grass is very resilient and should hold up well to below freezing temperatures, there are some precautionary measures you can consider to ensure the longevity of your artificial grass.

Is Artificial Grass Soft Enough For Dogs?

The answer to this question isn’t straightforward – it truly does vary.

It all depends on the artificial grass you have chosen. Artificial grasses have different tread depths, weights and feels to them. For example, in our K9 Turf range we do a 30mm tread depth and a 40mm tread depth, we have a deluxe option and a regular option.

Our time at Crufts 2020!

We attended Crufts this year for the first time at the NEC in Birmingham and had a brilliant time! The team attended from Wednesday 4th of March and only arrived back at the office on the 9th of March, so lots of work went into making our first Crufts the best it could possibly be! Our K9 Turf stand turned out pretty amazing if we do say so ourselves as it was designed in-house by our fabulous team! We were very busy, especially on Saturday and we have had a lot of enquiries about our specialist pet friendly grass K9 Turf. “We loved the time we spent at Crufts; it was a privilege to be one of the only artificial grass companies at the event and the only 100% pet friendly artificial grass company at the event! Crufts is the perfect opportunity for us to meet dog owners and really get to know their needs and requirements. We will definitely be returning to Crufts in the future and hope to make an annual appearance at the event,” John Strain, Managing Director of K9 Turf Europe.
